Introduction of Sodium Hypochlorite Generation System designed and manufacturer by expert engineers at ACG ITALY.
ACG ITALY has developed an independent Sodium Hypochlorite generator system with advanced and reliable components. This allows each unit to be customized to ?t the right production of Chlorine connected to characteristics of sea water to be treated.

The ECOLCELL SW is designed and adaptable, mainly for installation onshore based, mounted in a shelter or into an air conditioned ISO Container 20' or 40' Hi-Cube.
This compact system produces Sodium Hypochlorite by seawater electrolysis for:
- Power Station
- Waste Water Plant
- Desalination Plant with pre-chlorination and potabilization
- Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal
- Industrial Cooling System
ECOLCELL SW system has a Transformer/Rectifier unit that is easily modifiable for the required production range of free Chlorine.
Chlorine production can be from 1 kg/h to 100 kg/h.
The control system operates by a PLC with software created and written by ACG ITALY.
The System includes a skid where there are the booster pumps for the feeding of sea water to the cell module, an power supply [TR/RF] unit, a control/automation cabinet [MCC], a skid containing electrolytic cells, a skid equipped with dosing and shock pumps, a degas/storage tank for Sodium Hypochlorite. The cell module works with a single cell or more cells that can be connected in series to have downstream the requested concentration of Chlorine.
The cell is cylindrical in shape, the anodes are in Titanium with electro catalytic coating type MMO.
Every unit has proper sensors that allow to monitor the whole system, to shut out the operation in case of faulty component and to stop the system after the phase of acid washing of cell module.
